Intramural Champs
These t-shirt designs were created for Michigan Recreational Sports to celebrate intramural champions for the 2023–2024 season, along with concept sketches for future years. My goal was to design something students would be excited to wear—blending bold school spirit with a nostalgic, vintage flair.
The finalized design features an oversized championship ring illustration paired with retro athletic typography to create a strong visual impact. The layout emphasizes pride and accomplishment while staying on-brand with Michigan Rec Sports. Early sketches explored different directions, including hand-drawn mascots, trophies, and sports gear to channel a classic, throwback energy for additional t-shirts.
This project challenged me to combine campus culture with trend-aware design, bridging tradition and hype into a wearable trophy.
