ALYSSA CARVO
Hi, I’m Alyssa Carvo, a designer, painter, and storyteller with a love for texture, layers, and all things creative. I recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Communication and Media and a minor in Art and Design.
My creative journey started with oil painting and evolved into a passion for graphic design, branding, and typography. I love exploring how visuals can tell a story, and I’m especially drawn to work that feels thoughtful, textured, and human.
Right now, I’m a design intern at Half Dreaming, a creative agency in Charleston, where I’ve been hands-on with everything from branding and websites to animation and advertising. I also collaborate directly with clients and contribute to projects across the board.
Outside of design, I’m an ultramarathon runner who believes movement fuels creativity. Some of my best ideas have come during long runs or quiet walks!
